Feed according to your dog’s schedule
2 or 3 walks (depends on the owner’s wish) according to your dog’s schedule
All vaccines should be made in advance. If they are already made, there is no need to re-do them (they both are valid one year)
Booking rules
For housing it’s necessary to have an annual vaccination, kennel cough vaccine
Female dogs must not be in heat for the housing period
Dog must be dewormed and treated for ectoparasites at least one week in advance for housing
Puppies are accepted over 6 months of age with full vaccination, accustomed to toilet on the street or on a training pad
Dogs over 12 years of age are accepted only if healthy and free of chronic illnesses
If the hotel staff notice any kind of abnormal behavior of a pet, which hasn’t been mentioned before, on the check-in day, the hotel has a right to refuse to provide housing for this pet. The prepayment is not refunded.
To provide safe housing and a stress-free environment for our guests we kindly ask you to come to an introductory meeting, please, confirm the date and time of your visit with our manager in advance. The introductory meeting is a must
While booking a room and checking-in an owner has to tell about all peculiarities of a pet’s health
Only non-aggressive and clinically healthy dogs are allowed to check in at the hotel

ROOM RESERVATION POLICY AND VISITING HOURS
You have to make a 50% prepayment from the full cost of the booked days
In case of cancellation we can provide a refund if you cancel 14 days before the check-in day, if you cancel later, we can’t give you a refund
The check-in and check-out days are paid at a full day rate
The booking Agreement must be signed and the remaining 50% of the payments should be made on the check-in day
To book a room you need to text via WhatsApp : exact dates, breed, age, vaccination, all the peculiarities about a pet's health and character
Extra charge for late check-in from 8 p.m. to 10 p. m — 40 euros
